“Ayric Springs” is a specialized industrial group in the production of high-carbon and low-carbon wires in the country, capable of producing wires from 0.6mm to 6mm for industry.

Ayrick Springs started its operation in 2023 in the industrial area of Murchekhort, Isfahan province, to produce wire sections in various materials. This complex uses the most up-to-date equipment for production, evaluation, and laboratory tests in its specialized branch.

The wire is one of the most widely used sections in the steel industry. Wires with a high variety of materials and sections are used in upstream industries, the road and building industry, the automotive industry, the home appliances industry, and small industries.

If we want to briefly explain the method of wire production, it is as follows: Initially, using a series of technical operations, we reduce the cross-sectional surface of the chosen hollow rod to allow it to pass through the desired hole. Then, using the drawing technique, the rod is converted to the thickness of the hole’s cross-section. By repeating and continuing this method using holes with smaller cross-sections, the used rod is converted into a wire or wire rod.

No wire rod is produced with a single draw. This is where the use of advanced equipment allows the consumer to register their order size in a wide range. In other words, the wire does not immediately go from the thickness of the rebar to the required thickness because doing so would greatly increase the likelihood of wire breakage during drawing. Mathematical calculations have shown that in each stage of wire drawing, only a 63% reduction in diameter is possible, and after that, the wire breaks.
